SMALT

SMALT pic 2SMALT brings us this delicious, gourmet, home smoked salt.

SMALT pic 1Using apple wood chips from a 37 year old, backyard, apple tree and locally and ethically sourced salt.

SMALT pic 5SMALT is lovingly cold smoked for up to 5 hours, creating a delicious smokey flavour that adds amazing flavour to any meal – savory or sweet.

So come on down to Northern Regards Artisan Market on Saturday 2nd August from 11am til 4pm at the Northcote Social Club and grab yourself some delicious  SMALT for your home.
